To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 56, ยง 1er, of the Code of Criminal Investigation, restored by the Act of 12 March 1998, is supplemented by the following paragraph:
"The investigating judge shall forthwith bring to the attention of the Federal Prosecutor and the Crown Prosecutor, or, in cases where he or she exercises public action, only of the Federal Prosecutor, the information and information he or she has collected during the course of the investigation and which reveal a serious and immediate danger to public safety and public health. "
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
