The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 1er, b), 1° of the Royal Decree of 23 December 2002 setting out the modalities according to which the State provides free health care, to the intervention of the National Institute of War Invalids, Veterans and War Victims, to various categories of veterans and war victims, the words "9 months" are replaced by the words "6 months".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
Given in Brussels on 11 May 2007.
