The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The following articles of the Royal Decree of 30 September 2005 defining the offences by degree to the general regulations made pursuant to the Law on Road Traffic Police, as amended by the Royal Decrees mentioned below, are confirmed with entry into force:
1° to 1
er March 2007:
(a) Article 3, 10°, as amended by the Royal Decree of 28 December 2006;
(b) Article 2, 9°, paragraph 1
er, and 10°, as amended by the Royal Decree of 29 January 2007;
2° to 1
er June 2007: Article 2, 23° and 26°, amended by the Royal Decree of 7 April 2007;
3° to 10 September 2009: Article 3, 47° and 48°, inserted by the Royal Decree of 7 April 2007.
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
