ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to section 2, paragraph 2, of the Act of 5 May 1999 on the effects of the dissolution of the Legislative Chambers on the bills and bills before them, the Chambers shall remain seized of the following bills:
1st draft law amending the Electoral Code with a view to guaranteeing the right to vote of persons with reduced mobility (project transmitted by the House of Representatives on 1er April 2004 - Senate, No. 3-604/1);
2° Bill Amending the Organic Law of 18 July 1991 on the Control of Police and Intelligence Services and the Coordinating Body for Threat Analysis (project transmitted by the House of Representatives on 25 April 2007 - Senate, doc. no. 3-2433/1);
3rd bill amending the Judicial Code with respect to the allocation of the Supreme Council of Justice (draft amended by the Senate on March 29, 2007 - Chamber, DOC 51,0722/004);
4th special bill amending the special law of January 6, 1989 on the Court of Arbitration with regard to the allocation to this Court (draft amended by the Senate on April 19, 2007 - Chamber, DOC 51 0590/004);
5th bill amending the Act of 16 July 1973 guaranteeing the protection of ideological and philosophical tendencies (project transmitted by the Senate on 7 July 2005 - Chamber, DOC 51 1929/001);
6th bill amending the coordinated laws on the Council of State, with a view to granting the associations the right to introduce a collective action (project transmitted by the Senate on 15 March 2007 - Chamber, DOC 51 2998/001).
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
