10 NOVEMBER 2009. - Act containing the second adjustment of the General Estimates for the fiscal year 2009. - Section 25. - "PSPS Public Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment" (1)



The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3°, of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The commitment and liquidation credits open to the general budget of the 2009 budget year expenditures - under section 25 and organic division 52 "DG2- Primary Health Care and Crisis Management" - for programme 25-52-3, labeled "Bioterrorism and pandemic", are increased by 9.000.000 euros. These credits are registered under the basic allowance 25-52-31-12.11.01.
Art. 3. The appropriations under this Act will be covered by the Treasury's general resources.
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
