The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
CHAPTER 1er. - General provision
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. - Amendment of the Act of 3 May 1880
on Parliamentary Investigations
Art. 2. In Article 4, § 5, paragraph 2, of the Law of 3 May 1880 on Parliamentary Investigations, replaced by the Law of 30 June 1996, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 3. - Amendments to the Act of 6 August 1931 establishing incompatibility and prohibitions concerning ministers, former ministers and ministers of state, as well as members and former members of the Legislative Chambers
Art. 3. Article 1erParagraph 1er10°, of the Act of 6 August 1931 establishing incompatibility and prohibitions concerning ministers, former ministers and ministers of state, as well as members and former members of the Legislative Chambers, replaced by the Act of 16 July 1993, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 4. In section 5, paragraph 2, of the Act, last amended by the Act of 16 July 1993, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 4. - Amendment of the Act of 5 April 1955 on the treatment of holders of office in the Council of State and of magistrates and members of the Registry of the Council of the Litigation of Aliens
Art. 5. Article 3, § 5, paragraph 1er, 2°, of the Act of 5 April 1955 on the treatment of the holders of a position on the Council of State and of the magistrates and members of the Registry of the Council of the Litigation of Aliens, inserted by the law of 2 August 1974, amended by the law of 6 January 1989 and renumbered by the law of 3 April 1997, the words "Cour d' arbitrage" are replaced by the words "Cour constitutionnelle".
CHAPTER 5. - Amendments to the Judicial Code
Art. 6. Article 187, § 2, paragraph 1er, 2°, of the Judicial Code, amended by the law of 6 May 1997, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 7. In section 188 of the same Code, last amended by the Act of 13 March 2001, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 8. Article 190, § 2, paragraph 1er, 2°, of the same Code, last amended by the law of 3 May 2003, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 9. In section 192 of the same Code, last amended by the Act of 24 March 1999, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 10. Article 194, § 2, paragraph 1er, 2°, of the same Code, last amended by the Act of 24 March 1999, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 11. In article 259quaterdecies of the same Code, inserted by the law of 22 December 1998, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 6. - Amendments to coordinated laws on the State Council
Art. 12. Article 14, § 1erParagraph 1er, 2°, laws on the Conseil d'Etat, coordinated on 12 January 1973, last amended by the law of 15 May 2007, the words "Cour d' arbitrage" are replaced by the words "Court Constitution".
Art. 13. Article 70, § 2, paragraph 1er, 1°, of the same laws, inserted by the law of September 15, 2006, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 14. Article 74/2, § 5, paragraph 1er, 2°, of the same laws, inserted by the law of 15 September 2006, are made the following amendments:
A) to (a), the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court";
B) to (f), the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 7. - Amendment of the Act of 31 December 1983 of institutional reforms for the German-speaking Community
Art. 15. Article 10 bis, paragraph 1er, 8°, of the law of 31 December 1983 of institutional reforms for the German-speaking Community, inserted by the law of 16 July 1993, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 8. - Amendments to the ordinary law of 6 January 1989 relating to the salaries and pensions of judges, referendums and clerks of the Court of Arbitration
Art. 16. In the title of the ordinary law of 6 January 1989 on the salaries and pensions of judges, referees and clerks of the Court of Arbitration, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 17. Article 1er of the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced each time by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 18. In section 2 of the Act, replaced by the Act of 27 June 1994, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 19. Article 3, paragraph 1er, from the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 20. In section 4 of the Act, amended by the Act of 2 April 2001, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 21. In section 8 of the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 9. - Amendments to the law of 23 January 1989 on the jurisdiction referred to in articles 92 bis, § 5 and § 6, and 94 § 3 of the special law of 8 August 1980 of institutional reforms
Art. 22. Article 4, § 4, of the law of 23 January 1989 on the jurisdiction referred to in articles 92 bis, § 5 and § 6, and 94, § 3, of the special law of 8 August 1980 of institutional reforms, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 23. In article 54, § 2, of the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 24. In Article 55, § 5, of the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 10. - Amendment of the Act of 3 May 2003
amending certain provisions of Part II of the Judicial Code
Art. 25. In Article 58, § 7, of the Law of 3 May 2003 amending certain provisions of Part II of the Judicial Code, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
CHAPTER 11. - Amendments to the Act of 25 April 2007 establishing a Parliamentary Committee for Legislative Monitoring
Art. 26. In the title of Chapter II, Section II, Sub-Section II, of the Act of 25 April 2007 establishing a Parliamentary Committee for Legislative Monitoring, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 27. Article 9, paragraph 1er, from the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Art. 28. In section 10 of the same law, the words "Arbitration Court" are replaced by the words "Constitutional Court".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
