ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 47octies, § 2, of the Code of Criminal Investigation, inserted by the law of 6 January 2003, the following amendments are made:
1° paragraph 2 is supplemented by the following sentence:
"These police investigation techniques can only be implemented by members of the management of the special units of the federal police and, if necessary, through the additional preliminary agreement of the federal prosecutor, in collaboration with competent foreign officials specifically trained to do so. »;
2° in paragraph 3, the word "he" is replaced by the words "the King's Prosecutor".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
