Die Kammern haben das Folgende angenommen und Wir sanktionieren es:
Artikel 1 - Vorliegendes Gesetz regelt eine in Artikel 77 der Verfassung erwähnte Angelegenheit.
Art. 2 - In Artikel 478bis § 3 des Gerichtsgesetzbuches, eingefügt durch das Gesetz vom 6. Dezember 2005, werden in Absatz 2 zwischen den Wörtern "ein Ersatzmitglied" und dem Wort "bestimmt" die Wörter ", das dieselbe Sprache spricht," eingefügt.
Wir fertigen das vorliegende Gesetz aus und ordnen an, dass es mit dem Staatssiegel versehen und durch das Belgische Staatsblatt veröffentlicht wird.
