26 NOVEMBER 2011. - Act containing the second adjustment of the general budget of expenditures for the fiscal year 2011 (1)

To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3°, of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The commitment appropriations for the general budget of expenditures for the fiscal year 2011 - under section 18 "FPS Finance" and Division 61 "Treasury Administration" - for program 61.08, "Datings" is increased by 4.000.000.000 euros.
This increase is included in the new basic allowance 18.61.08.81.51.01 entitled " Participation in public credit institutions".
Art. 3. The liquidation credits opened to the general budget of expenditures for the fiscal year 2011 - under section 18 "SPF Finances" and Division 61 "Treasury Administration" - for program 61.08, the wording "Datings" is increased by 4.000.000.000 euros.
This increase is included in the new basic allowance 18.61.08.81.51.01 entitled " Participation in public credit institutions".
Art. 4. The appropriations under this Act will be covered by the Treasury's general resources.
Art. 5. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
