The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: title 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
TITLE 2. -Public health chapter UNIQUE. -Amendments to the law on compulsory insurance health care and benefits, co-ordinated on 14 July 1994, s. 2. at article 144 of the law on compulsory health care and compensation insurance co-ordinated on 14 July 1994, restored by the law of December 21, 2006, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the § 2, paragraph 1, the word "know" is replaced by the words "have full jurisdiction to know": 2 ° there shall be inserted a paragraph 4 as follows: "§ § 4 4» Title IV of book II of the fourth part of the Judicial Code does not apply to the trial chambers and the boards of appeal. ».
S. 3A article 145, § 5, of the Act, restored by Act, December 21, 2006, the words "or an official designated by him" shall be inserted between the words 'the supervising official of the Service of evaluation and control' medical and 'may take '.
