22 MARCH 2012. - An Act to amend the Act of May 16, 2001 relating to the status of military members of the Armed Forces Reserve Framework (1)

The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 60 of the Act of 16 May 2001 on the status of military personnel of the Armed Forces Reserve Framework, as amended by the Act of 30 December 2008, is supplemented by a paragraph that reads as follows:
"The Reserve Officer who holds the Higher General Staff Patent or Military Administrator's Patent or Higher Military Administrator's Patent is exempted from professional examinations for the advancement of the ranks of lieutenant-colonel, colonel and general-major. »
Art. 3. In chapter IX/1 of the Act of 30 December 2008, an article 65quater is inserted as follows:
"Art. 65quater. The reserve officer who meets the terms and conditions of grant established by the King may obtain the higher general staff patent or the higher military administrator patent. »
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
