The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
2 Act of 24 January 1977 on the protection of the health of consumers in relation to food and other products, last amended by the law of May 19, 2010, it is inserted in an article 3/1, as follows: «art.» 3/1. Trade or in the trade and manufacturing of containers for foodstuffs for children from 0 to 3 years and containing bisphenol A are prohibited. » Art. 3. article 13, 3 °, of the same Act, repealed by the law of December 22, 2009, was re-established in the following wording: «3 ° that violates the provisions of article 3/1;
S. 4 this Act comes into force on January 1, 2013.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
