The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2 ÷ section 45 of the Act of 16 January 2003 on the creation of the Crossroads Bank for enterprises, modernization of the commercial register, creation of ATMs-businesses approved and containing various provisions, replaced by the law of December 7, 2009, and amended by the law of 28 December 2011, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: "§ § 3 3» By way of derogation from the provisions of § 1, the amenities of the funds of enterprises, attributed to September 9, 2008, shall remain valid until December 31, 2014, under conditions, which were implementing the day of approval. » Art. 3. in article 15, § 1, of the law of 25 June 1993 on the exercise and the Organization of travelling and fairground activities, amended by the law of July 4, 2005, 1st paragraph is supplemented by the sentence: ', as far as their owners make them replace it with a window of undertakings of their choice by an authorization secure including the form and manner laid down by the King'.
