The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. the private deed countersigned by counsel in accordance with the provisions of this Act made full faith of writing and the signature of the parties to the Act both in their regard for their heirs or successors.
The Act is countersigned by counsel for all parties, each party having a separate interest to be assisted by a different lawyer.
Where appropriate, the fake civil procedure is applicable to this Act.
S. 3. by its frank, counsel certifies have fully informed the parties that it advises on the legal consequences of this Act.
There is mention in the Act.
S. 4. the private deed countersigned by counsel for all parties is, unless derogating expressly to this article, exempt from any handwritten statement required by law.
Unless the note countersigned by counsel for all parties shall bear an electronic signature within the meaning of article 4, § 4, of the law of 9 July 2001 laying down certain rules for the legal framework for electronic signatures and certification services, it is prepared at least in as many originals as there are parties with a separate interest and lawyers signatories.
Each original contains the reference to the number of originals that have been made.
The lack of reference to the number of originals cannot be opposed by one who has implemented its commitments in the Act.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
