ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 380 of the Criminal Code, last amended by the Act of 26 November 2011, is supplemented by a § 7 written as follows:
“§ 7. The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 3. Section 433ter of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 4. Section 433quater of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005 and amended by the Act of 26 November 2011, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 5. Article 433quinquies of the same Code, inserted by the law of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a § 4 written as follows:
“§4. The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 6. Article 433sexies of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 7. Section 433s of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005 and amended by the Act of 26 November 2011, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 8. Section 433octies of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 9. Article 77bis of the Act of 15 December 1980 on Access to Territory, Residence, Establishment and Displacement of Aliens, inserted by the Act of 13 April 1995 and replaced by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 10. Section 77ter of the Act, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 11. Section 77quater of the Act, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005 and amended by the Act of 26 November 2011, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Art. 12. Article 77quinquies of the Act, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"The fine will be applied as many times as there are victims. »
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
