The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in article 71 of the royal decree of 1 December 1975 on general regulations on police road traffic and the use of the public highway, the indication signal "F45b: track without issue, with the exception of pedestrians and cyclists ' is inserted: for consultation table, see image" F45b: dead-end, with the exception of pedestrians and cyclists.
S. 3. the network manager is free to adapt the road signal F45b to explain the local situation in terms of road traffic.
S. 4. the King may repeal, Supplement, modify or replace the provisions amended by articles 2 and 3.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
