18 JULY 2013. - An Act to amend the Act of May 12, 2004 to establish an appeal procedure in the context of the protection against false money (1)

ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The title of the law of May 12, 2004 organising an appeal procedure in the context of the protection against false money, is supplemented by the words "and the maintenance of the quality of fiduciary traffic".
Art. 3. In the same law, § 1^er of Article 2 is replaced by: " § 1^er. An appeal to the Court of Appeal in Brussels is open against the decisions by which the Minister who has the finances in his powers imposes fines under section 7 of the law of July 17, 2013 on the protection against false money-making and the maintenance of the quality of fiduciary traffic. "
Art. 4. Article 605bis of the Judicial Code, inserted by the law of 2 August 2002 and amended by the law of 12 May 2004, is supplemented by the words "and the maintenance of the quality of fiduciary circulation".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
