22 NOVEMBER 2013. - An Act to amend the Act of 4 July 1956 on the Protection of the Names, Signs and Emblems of the Red Cross for its compliance with the Protocol to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, relating to the adoption of an additional distinguishing sign (Protocol III) adopted in Geneva on 8 December 2005

To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 1erParagraph 1er, of the law of 4 July 1956 concerning the protection of the denominations, signs and emblems of the Red Cross, the words "Red Cross", "Red Cross", "Red Crescent", "Red Crescent" or "Red Sun" are replaced by the words "Red Cross", "Green Crix", "Red Crescent", "Red Lion and Red Sun", "the third Protocol".
Promulgate this Act, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
