Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 120, § 1
er, of the Programme Law (I) of 27 December 2006 is supplemented by two sub-items as follows:
"The Asbestos Fund reimburses the share of the cost of health care that is related to the disease referred to in section 118 and which, in accordance with the Law on Compulsory Health Care Insurance and Coordinated Benefits on 14 July 1994 and after the intervention granted on the basis of the latter, is the responsibility of the person affected by the disease, provided that the person does not receive the reimbursement of health care for the same illness under the
If the person affected by the disease referred to in section 118 requires absolutely and normally, by its condition, the assistance of another person, it may, from the day on which the application is filed, be entitled to a supplementary intervention, determined according to the degree of necessity of that assistance, on the basis of the guaranteed minimum monthly income as fixed for a worker full time by collective agreement of work concluded in the National Council of Occupational Care and applicable to the date
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the first day of the month following that of its publication to the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be put on the state seal and published by the Belgian monitor.
