The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3° of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The following conventions are approved:
1° The Act of 26 January 2007 on sale by the Belgian State to the cooperative society with limited liability "The House of Marketing" of an administrative building with sis plot in Malines, Graaf Van Egmontstraat 22, het Kardinaal Mercierplein, from Korte Nieuwstraat in Oude Brusselsestraat, of an area of 8 to 48 ca, for the price of 1.806.000 euros;
2° The act of 10 October 2007 on sale by the Belgian state to the SPRL "PATRIMOZY" of a set forming a deposit of disaffected ammunition, sis rue de Fontaine at the place known as "On the Sawhay Plain" in Grace-Hollogne, of a cadastral capacity of 10 ha 73 a 05 ca and according to measurements of 10 ha 56 a 48 ca, for the price 1.
3° The act of 22 April 2008 on the sale by the Belgian state to the SA "Mopro Antigoon" of a building with land, known as "Mes Antigoon", part of the former military Hôpital Militaire, of an area per metre of 2,249 m²in Antwerp, Marialei 53/2, for the price of 2.400,000 euros;
4° The deed of 2 October 2009 on sale by the Belgian state to the SA CICERONE of the Domaine "Les Bruyères", a real estate set comprising 120 apartments, 120 garages, a park and an electric cab, on the road from Roeulx to Mons, of an area of 2 ha 68 has 24 ca, for the price of 5.750.000 euros;
5° The Act of 6 October 2009 on the sale by the Belgian State to the Flemish Region of land in Beveren, of an area of 59 ha 44 a 36 ca, for the price of 2.049.291 euros;
6° The act of 14 October 2009 on the sale by the Belgian state to the SA "DVG" of the former Provincial Defence Command comprising two administrative buildings with land, of respective areas of 5 to 54 ca and 10 to 31 ca, sis à Gand, Coupure 100 et 102, for the price of 2.850.000 euros;
7° The act of 14 October 2009 on sale by the Belgian state to the momentary association "Bancroft-Greenbuild" of an administrative building of an area of 6 to 13 ca, located in Ghent, Henegouwenstraat 81 (also known or known bearing number 95), for the price of 1.830.000 euros;
8° The Act of 16 April 2010 on the sale by the Belgian state to the city of Ostende of part of the marine barracks " BOATSMAN JONSON" of an area of 02 ha 14 to 93 ca, derde en drieëntwintigste Linieregimentsplein in Ostend, for the price of 5.000.000 euros;
9° The act of 17 January 2011 on sale by the Belgian state to Mr. Eddy LEEMANS and the SPRL "LINC LEXINGTON" of a complex of buildings with an area of 3,217 m2, sis Korte Vlierstraat 6/8/10/12/14 and Kloosterstraat 71/73/75 and 99 in Antwerp, for the price of 1,850,000 euros;
10° The act of September 29, 2011 on sale by the Belgian state to the SPRL "SPENCER DISTRICT" of a 13-hole golf course, a clubhouse and other buildings of an area of 44 ha 98 a 47 ca sis on the territory of Herentals and Westerlo, known as Witbos, for the price of 2,000,000 euros;
11° The deed of 16 December 2011 bearing sale by the Belgian state to the SA " DESCARIMMO" of a plot in kind of warehouse for 04 ha 05 a 20 ca and of a plot in kind of pasture for 03 ha 11 a 13 ca, located in Tournai (Ere), pavement of Douai and Champ de Piquauvent, for the price of 1.500.000 euros;
12° The act of 31 January 2012 on sale by the Belgian state to the SA " DE HUYSPLAETSE" of an administrative building and concierge service of an area of 04 to 06 ca sis Predikherenlei 1 and Jan van Stopenberghestraat 2 in Ghent, for the price of 2.425,000 euros;
13° The act of 12 November 2012, bearing sale by the Belgian state to the SA "GOLAND" for the price of 1.350.000 euros of a plot of 1,164 m2 located in Wijnegem, at the corner of Marktplein and Eikenlaan;
14° The act of 27 June 2012 on sale by the Belgian state to the SA "THE BRUSSELS AIRPORT COMPANY" of a plot of 6 ha 90 a 46 ca sis à Machelen (Diegem) for the price of 2.336.742,89 euros;
15° The deed of 12 December 2012, bearing sale by the Belgian state to the City of Namur for the price of 3.166.000 euros of two plots with an area of 01 ha 04 a 85 ca 33 dm2 sis in Namur, rue Général Michel, rue des Bourgeois and rue du Premier Lanciers.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
