PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to the law of 1er March 2000 amending certain provisions concerning Belgian nationality, naturalization is granted to:
Ben-Isa, Abderahman, born in Douar Zinat - Beni Hosmar (Morocco) in 1947.
El Kaddouri, M'Hamed, born in Ijarmaouas (Morocco) in 1969.
Huseini married Ibraimi, Tevide, born in Kumanovo (Macédoine) on October 7, 1958.
Likaj widow Shabani, Hajrije, born in Zagore Shkoder (Albania) on 19 December 1953.
Olinga Enganga, Louise, born in Kinshasa (Congo) on 6 March 1957.
Rutagengwa, Diane, born in Nyanza (Rwanda) on May 26, 1980.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be put on the State Seal and published by the Belgian Monitor.
Given in Brussels on 4 April 2014.
