12 MAI 2014. - An Act to amend the Act of March 30, 1994 on social provisions with regard to the subsidizing of houses of justice (1)

PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 69 of the Act of 30 March 1994 on social provisions, as amended by the Acts of 21 December 1994, 25 May 1999, 22 December 2003 and 27 December 2006, the following amendments are made:
(a) in the introductory sentence of paragraph 1er, the words "seen at 1°" are replaced by the words "seen at 1° and 4° and paragraph 6";
(b) in paragraph 1er, 3°, the first dash is repealed;
(c) in paragraph 1er, 3°, the fourth dash, which becomes the third dash, is completed by the word ", or";
(d) paragraph 1er is supplemented by a 4° written as follows:
"4° an allowance for staff costs, means of action for additional recruitments and operating expenses for the support of work of general interest, working penalty, training and for the treatment in the course of a judicial measure, when the local authority concludes a convention with the Minister having the Justice in his or her duties. ";
(e) the article is supplemented by two subparagraphs as follows:
"The allowance referred to in paragraph 1er, 4°, may also be granted to an inter-communal cooperation structure, a province, a not-for-profit association or a public utility foundation, where the latter concludes a convention with the Minister of Justice in that regard.
All allocations under paragraph 1er, 4°, and by paragraph 6 are the subject of an annual prior consultation in the Interdepartmental Conference for Houses of Justice.
The King definitively assigns all allowances by decree deliberated in the Council of Ministers. ".
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on 1er January 2015.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
