The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. -Amendments to the Act of 15 June 1935 concerning the use of languages in judicial matters art.
2. in article 30, paragraph 1, of the Act of 15 June 1935 concerning the use of languages in judicial matters, as amended by the Act of 3 May 2003, "the interrogation on facts and articles" shall be replaced by the words 'the examination of the parties'.
S. 3 A section 43 of the Act, the following changes are made: 1 ° in § 11, paragraph 2, the words "§ 9" shall be replaced by the words "of article 43quinquies";
2 ° in § 12, first paragraph, as amended by the Act of September 23, 1985, "by an examination before the jury provided for in § 9" shall be replaced by the words "in accordance with article 43quinquies".
CHAPTER 3. -Amendments to the law of July 19, 1945 to provide for the implementation of article 82 of the Constitution art. 4. in the title of the law of July 19, 1945 to provide for the implementation of article 82 of the Constitution, "article 82" shall be replaced by the words "article 93".

CHAPTER 4. -Amendments to the law of April 3, 1953 of judicial organization art.

S. 9. in article 613, 4 °, of the same Code, the words 'article 106' are replaced by the words "article 158".
S. 10. in article 615, paragraph 1, of the same Code, amended by the law of 15 September 2006, 'article 90' shall be replaced by the words "article 103".
S. 11. at article 5 of the annex to the Judicial Code - territorial and seat limits the courts and tribunals, replaced by the Act of 26 June 1974, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the introductory phrase, "article 104" shall be replaced by the words "article 156";
2 ° in 2 °, the words "the province of Brabant" are replaced by the words "the provinces of Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant and the bilingual Brussels-capital region".
