The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
S. 2A section 1322bis of the Judicial Code, inserted by the law of August 10, 1998 and replaced by the law of 10 May 2007, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the § 1, inserted a 5 ° as follows: «(5) without prejudice to § 2, applications based on the Hague Convention of 19 October 1996 concerning competence». applicable law, recognition, execution and cooperation matters of parental responsibility and measures for protection of children, for the recognition, the recognition or execution of a measure taken in another Contracting State, referred to in article 3. »;
2 ° in § 2, the words "article 26 of the Hague Convention referred to the § 1, 5 °, which tend to get the recognition and enforcement of judgments on rights of access and the right to maintain regular contacts and" are inserted between the words "based applications on ' and the words 'article 28 of Council regulation.
S. 3. in article 1322undecies of the Code inserted by the law of 10 May 2007, the words "of the 25 October 1980" are inserted between the words "Hague Convention" and the words "or article 11, 8, of regulation.
S. 4. this Act comes into force the day where, pursuant to section 61 of the abovementioned 1996 Convention, the Convention shall enter into force with respect to the Belgium.
