Article 6 (1) of the 1992 CLC Protocol is amended to read:
- the reference to "3 million account units" is replaced by "4,510 000 account units";
- the reference to "420 account units" is replaced by "631 account units"; and
- the reference to "59.7 million account units" is replaced by "89,770,000 account units".
CHAPTER 12. - Amendments to the compensation limits set out in the 1992 Protocol amending the 1971 International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Damage Due to Hydrocarbon Pollution, adopted on 18 October 2000 by resolution LEG.2(82)
Article 6(3) of the 1992 Fund Protocol is amended to read:
- in paragraph 4 (a), the reference to "135 million account units" is replaced by "203,000 000 account units";
- in paragraph 4 (b), the reference to "135 million account units" is replaced by "203,000 000 account units"; and
- in paragraph 4 (c), the reference to "200 million account units" is replaced by "300,000 account units".
