Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Assent is given to the Agreement of Cooperation of 13 December 2013 between the Federal State, the Communities, the Regions and the Community Commissions on the Implementation of Article 3, § 1
erthe Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance within the Economic and Monetary Union.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
