To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
CHAPTER 1. - General provisions
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The General Estimates for the 2014 fiscal year are adjusted in accordance with the appropriate totals of the programs in the departmental tables annexed to this Act.
CHAPTER 2. - Special provisions of departments
Section 17 - Federal Police and Integrated Operations
Art. 3. By derogation from section 52, paragraph 1er, 1° of the Act of 22 May 2003 concerning the organization of the budget and accounting of the federal State, and to article 1-01-3, §§ 2, 3 and 7, 2°, of the Act of 19 December 2013 containing the general budget of the expenses for the year 2014, the credits of the basic allowances relating to the operating and investment expenses provided by the economic codes 12 and 74, specific or not, entered in section 01 - organic division 66
Art. 4. By derogation from section 52, paragraph 1er, 2° of the Act of 22 May 2003 concerning the organization of the budget and accounting of the federal State, and to article 1-01-3, § 7, 4°, of the Act of 19 December 2013 containing the general budget of the expenses for the year 2014, the credits of liquidation of the basic allowances relating to the operating and investment expenses provided by the economic codes 12 and 74, specific or not, entered in section 01 - organizational division 30 - programmes/dis
Art. 5. By derogation from sections 11, 12, 19, 20, 23, 60 and 61 of the Act of 22 May 2003 on the organization of the federal budget and accounting, the Minister of Security and the Interior is authorized to proceed by compensation on the basic federal endowment 2014, to the recovery of the overpayment received by the police zones in 2013 in respect of federal endowments to municipalities and multi-communal police zones as well as the specific endowment to cover the payment of the too little framework for 2009
Section 21 - Pensions
Art. 6. The text of section 2.21.1 of the Act of 19 December 2013 containing the General Estimates for the 2014 fiscal year, as amended by the Act of 10 April 2014 containing the first adjustment of the General Estimates for the 2014 fiscal year, is replaced as follows:
"The adjusted budget of the Public Sector Pension Service for 2014, annexed to this Act, is approved.
This budget amounts to 14.148.607.000 EUR, including 14.105.751.000 EUR for revenue related to legal missions and 42.856.000 EUR for service management revenues. Expenditures amount to EUR 14.148.607.000, of which EUR 14105.751.000 for statutory missions expenses, and EUR 42.856.000 for management of the Service. »
CHAPTER 3. - Public bodies
Art. 7. The budgets of the public interest agencies of Class A of the 2014 fiscal year are adjusted in accordance with the tables annexed to this Act.
CHAPTER 4. - Final provisions
Art. 8. The appropriations under this Act will be covered by the Treasury's general resources.
Art. 9. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
