Posted the: 2015-06-29 Numac: 2015015083 FEDERAL Foreign Affairs, external trade and development COOPERATION PUBLIC SERVICE March 15, 2002. -Law concerning consent to the revised European Social Charter and the annex, made in Strasbourg on 3 May 1996. -Addendum (1) as of June 10, 2015, the Belgium filed the following notification the Secretary general of the Council of Europe (depositary of the revised Charter): "in accordance with part III, section A, paragraph 3, of the Charter, the Belgium considers itself bound by the following articles of part II: - Article 26 – right to dignity at work (paragraph 2) – Article 27 – right of workers with family responsibilities to equal opportunities and treatment (paragraph. 1 and paragraph 2) - Article 28 – right of workers to protection in the undertaking and facilities to be afforded to representatives. "Effective date of notification: August 1, 2015.
