10 AOUT 2015. - An Act to amend the Judicial Code with respect to the terms and conditions of a mission of general interest to an international, supranational or foreign institution

To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In the title of Part II, Book II, Title First, Chapter IV, of the Judicial Code, the words "public duties" are replaced by the words "missions of general interest".
Art. 3. In section 308 of the same Code, replaced by the Act of 9 January 2003 and amended by the Act of 3 May 2003, the following amendments are made:
1° in paragraph 1er
, the words "missions" are replaced by the words "missions of general interest";
2° in paragraph 2, the sentence "At the request of the international, supranational or foreign organization and the magistrate, this term is extended each time for periods of not more than one year, without the total duration of the leave may exceed six years." is replaced by the sentence:
"At the request of the international, supranational or foreign organization and the magistrate, this term can be extended each time for periods of up to one year. ";
3° paragraph 3 is supplemented by the following sentence:
"If the mission is a part-time mission to which treatment is attached, they retain pro rata the treatment related to their function and the increases and benefits associated with it."
Art. 4. Section 363bis of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 10 April 2014, is replaced by the following:
"The King may fix a mission allowance, a post allowance and the terms and conditions of the missions referred to in articles 308, 309bis, 323bis and 327. ".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
