The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 74 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. — Amendment of Act on the introduction of autonomous management for judicial organization Article February 18, 2014 2. in article 45 of the law of February 18, 2014 on the introduction of autonomous management for judicial organization, the figure '2015' is replaced by '2016'.
CHAPTER 3. -Changes in legislation on temporary frames in appellate courts and Prosecutor's General offices Section 1st. -Amendments to the Act of 29 November 2001 laying down a temporary framework of advisers to the judicial backlog in the courts of appeal art. 3. in article 2 of the Act of 29 November 2001 laying down a temporary framework of advisers to the backlog in the courts of appeal, as amended last by the Act of April 25, 2014, the words "fourteen years" are replaced by the words "sixteen years".
S. 4. in article 3, paragraph 1, of the Act, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the words "fourteen years" are replaced by the words "sixteen years".
Section 2. -Amendments to the law of 14 December 2004 amending the law of April 3, 1953, of judicial organization, the law of 2 July 1975 determining the framework of personnel of the courts of first instance and article 211 of the Code of judicial procedure art. 5. in article 8, paragraph 1, of the Act of 14 December 2004 amending Act of April 3, 1953, of judicial organization, Act of July 2, 1975, laying down the framework for the staff of the courts of first instance and article 211 of the Judicial Code, as amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the number "2015" is replaced by the figure "2017".
S. 6. in article 9, paragraph 1, of the Act, as amended, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the "2015" is replaced by the figure "2017".
Section 3. -Amendments to the Act of 10 August 2005 amending the law of April 3, 1953, of judicial organization and temporarily authorising the appointment of magistrates in excess, with regard to the Court of appeal of Ghent art. 7. in article 3, paragraph 1, of the Act of 10 August 2005 amending the law of April 3, 1953, of judicial organization and temporarily authorising the appointment of magistrates in excess, with regard to the Court of appeal of Ghent, as last amended by the law of April 25, 2014, the figure '2015' is replaced by "2017".
S. 8. in section 4 of the Act, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the "2015" is replaced by the figure "2017".
S. 9. in article 5, paragraph 1, of the Act, as amended, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the "2015" is replaced by the figure "2017".
Section 4. -Amendment of the law of 20 December 2005 amending various provisions on justice.

10. in article 8 of the law of 20 December 2005 amending various provisions in matters of justice, last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the figure '2015' is every time replaced by "2017".
Section 5. -Amendment of the law of March 12, 2007 amending the Act of April 3, 1953, of organization of the judiciary with regard to the Court of appeal of Mons and the Court of first instance of Ghent and temporarily authorising the appointment of magistrates in excess, with regard to the Court of appeal of Mons art. 11. in section 4 of the Act of 12 March 2007 amending the Act of April 3, 1953, of organization of the judiciary with regard to the Court of appeal of Mons and the Court of first instance of Ghent and temporarily authorising the appointment of magistrates in excess, with regard to the Court of appeal of Mons, as amended by the Act of April 25, 2014 '2015' is replaced by the figure "2017".
S. 12. in article 5, paragraph 1, of the Act, as amended, as last amended by the Act of April 25, 2014, the "2015" is replaced by the figure "2017".
CHAPTER 4. -Amendment of the law of May 8, 2014 amending articles 217, 223, 224 and 231 of the Judicial Code articles 13. in article 6 of the law of May 8, 2014, amending articles 217, 223, 224 and 231 of the Judicial Code, amended by the law of November 26, 2014, the words 'December 1, 2015' are replaced by '1 may 2016'.
CHAPTER 5. -Amendment of the law of 17 May 2006 relating to the legal status external in persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty and the rights of the victim in the context of the implementing of sentencing s. 14. in article 109 of the law of 17 May 2006 relating to the external legal status of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty and rights to the victim under the modalities of execution of the sentence, as amended by the law of August 10, 2015, the words "and no later than 1 January 2016" are replaced by the words "and no later than September 1, 2017".
CHAPTER 6. -Entry into force art.
15. article 2 shall enter into force on 30 December 2015, sections 3 and 4 come into force on December 18, 2015, items 5 to 12 and 14 come into force on December 31, 2015, section 13 comes into force December 1, 2015.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
