PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 19bis of the Value Added Tax Code, inserted by the Program Act of April 27, 2007 and amended by the Act of November 26, 2009, is repealed.
Art. 3. In Article 33, § 1er, 3°, of the same Code, replaced by the program law of 27 December 2006 and amended by the program law of 27 April 2007, the words ", and section 19bis" are repealed.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
