The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 6, paragraph 3, of the Act of 18 July 1991 on the Control of Police and Intelligence Services and of the Coordinating Body for Threat Analysis, as amended by the Act of 18 April 2010, the words "a new term of six years" are replaced by the words "the remaining term of the mandate".
Art. 3. In section 30, paragraph 3, of the Act, amended by the Act of 18 April 2010, the words "a new term of six years" are replaced by the words "the remaining term of office".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
