The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
CHAPTER 1
er. - General provisions
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The General Estimates for the 2015 fiscal year are adjusted in accordance with the appropriate totals of the programs in the departmental tables annexed to this Act.
CHAPTER 2. - Special provisions of departments
Section 13. - Inside SPF
Art. 3. The text of section 2.13.2 of the Act of 19 December 2014 containing the General Estimates for the 2015 fiscal year is supplemented as follows:

PROJECTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF ETRANGER POLICY
"3° Subsides to third parties for the execution of actions and initiatives in order to organize the reception of persons who request asylum in Belgium, pending their registration in the Office of Foreigners"
Section 17. - Federal police and integrated operation
Art. 4. The text of section 2.17.3 of the Act of 19 December 2014 containing the General Estimates for the 2015 fiscal year is supplemented as follows:

DOTATIONS AND SUBSIDES
- the 6 Brussels police zones for the purchase of public order equipment.
Section 21. - Pensions
Art. 5. The text of section 2.21.1 of the Act of 19 December 2014 containing the General Estimates for the 2015 fiscal year, as amended by section 2.21.1 of the Act of 20 July 2015 containing the first adjustment of the General Estimates for the 2015 fiscal year, is replaced as follows:
The adjusted Public Sector Pension Service budget for 2015, annexed to this Act, is approved.
This budget amounts to 15,581,100 000 EUR, including 15,538,751 000 EUR for revenue related to legal missions and 42,349,000 EUR for service management revenues. Expenditures amount to EUR 15,581,100,000, including EUR 15,538,751 million for legal mission expenditures, and EUR 42,349,000 for service management expenditures.
Section 24. - SPF Social Affairs
Art. 6. The Federal Office of the Plan receives an allocation within the limits of the available credits of EUR 219 000 to be charged with the basic allowance 24.57.51.41.40.02 of the Federal Public Service budget Social security for the 2015 budget year for its mission as the secretariat of the Committee of Companion of the Centre of Expertise as established by the Act of 21 May 2015 establishing a National Committee of Pensions
CHAPTER 3. - Final provisions
Art. 7. The appropriations under this Act will be covered by the Treasury's general resources.
Art. 8. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
