18 DECEMBER 2015. - An Act to amend, with regard to the status of urgent cases in the role of the family court, the Act of 19 October 2015 to amend the law of civil procedure and to make various provisions concerning justice



PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 50, paragraph 1erthe Act of 19 October 2015 amending the law of civil procedure and making various provisions in the field of justice is replaced by the following:
"Articles 14 to 17 apply to cases before the court, or pursuant to Article 1253ter/7, § 1er, are brought to court from 1er January 2016. "
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on 1er January 2016.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
