The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 7 of the Act of 6 January 2014 establishing a Federal Ethics Commission, paragraph 1
er is replaced by the following:
"The members shall be appointed for a period of five years, renewable once, by a two-thirds majority of the vote, two-thirds of the members to be present. The designation takes place on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor, as referred to in paragraph 3.".
Art. 3. In section 8 of the Act, subsection 3 is repealed.
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be put on the seal of the State and published in the Belgian Monitor.
