21 AVRIL 2016. - An Act to amend the laws on the employment of languages in administrative matters, coordinated on 18 July 1966

PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 53 of the Acts on the Use of Languages in Administrative Matters, coordinated on 18 July 1966, is supplemented by a paragraph written as follows:
"For the local services of the German-language region, the King, by a deliberate decree in the Council of Ministers, determines the modalities of recognition of the equivalence between the certificates issued by Selor and those issued in the other Member States of the European Economic Area and in the Swiss Confederation. ".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
