270. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, amending the regulation on the maturity test in the higher education institutions in general

On the basis of § § 34 to 41 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2003, shall be assigned:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education, Arts and Sport on the maturity examination in the generally forming higher schools, BGBl. No 432/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 96/2000, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 5 (1) Z 1 reads:

" 1.

in each case, a compulsory subject-matter, compulsory school-autonomous subject-matter or elective subject-matter subject to compulsory education, at least up to and including the penultimate school level, in so far as the following provisions do not order otherwise, "

2. § 5 (1) Z 2 reads:

" 2.

in each case a foreign language provided for in the syllabus as a free-object or as an elective elective subject, "

3. In § 5 (1) the following Z 3a is inserted after Z 3:

" 3a.

the subject-matter of computer science provided for in the syllabus, "

4. § 5 (1) Z 7 reads:

" 7.

in the case of the oral examination as referred to in Article 20 (1) (2), the subject of the subject-matter concerned and the relevant in-depth and broadening (autonomous) elective subject matter or the relevant subject-matter, "

5. In § 5 (1) the following Z 7a and 7b shall be inserted after Z 7:

" 7a.

in the case of the oral examination in accordance with Section 20 (1) (3), the subject of the teaching in question and a supplementary (autonomous) subject matter referred to in Article 20 (1) (3) (3), or (autonomous) elective subject matter,

7b.

at the Realgymnasium (Realgymnasium) and at the Oberstufenrealgymnasium (Oberstufenrealgymnasium), with special consideration of the arts education for students of the music, the curriculum up to the 7th Class of mandatory subject matter Biology and environmental customer, "

6. § 8 (1) Z 1 lit. b is:

" (b)

Latin or Greek or First living foreign language or second living foreign language or another in the upper level (possibly also in the context of school autonomy) with at least ten hours per week provided for in the curriculum (if in the curriculum) all school levels are provided for school work), "

7. § 8 para. 1 Z 2 lit. b is:

" (b)

9. § 18 (1) Z 1 reads as follows:

" 1.

Group A: Religion, German, History and Social Studies/Political Education, Psychology and Philosophy, Musical Education, Education, Examination Area in accordance with a compulsory school-autonomous subject matter. elective subject-matter; "

10. § 18 (1) Z 2 reads:

" 2.

Group B: Foreign languages; "

11. § 18 (1) Z 3 reads:

" 3.

Category C: Geography and Economics, Mathematics, Performing Geometry, Biology and Environmental Science, Chemistry, Physics, Informatics, Examination area in accordance with a compulsory school-autonomous subject matter or elective subject-matter; "

12. § 18 (1) Z 4 reads:

" 4.

Category D (only at the Realgymnasium): geography and economics, biology and environmental science, psychology and philosophy, examination area in accordance with a compulsory school-autonomous subject matter, or Elective subject. "

13. In § 18, the following (1a) and (1b) are inserted:

" (1a) Examination areas corresponding to a compulsory school-autonomous subject matter or The subject-matter referred to in paragraph 1 (1), (1), (3) and (4) shall be eligible for election only if:

1.

with a purely knowledge-oriented orientation in the upper level of the total amount of at least four hours per week, or

2.

with knowledge-and application-oriented orientation in the upper level in the overall measure of at least six hours per week.

(1b) Foreign languages shall only be eligible if they are provided in the upper level (school autonomous) in the total amount of at least eight hours per week. "

14. § 18 (6) reads:

" (6) The Voting Or Free Subject Geometry, the subject-matter of computer science may be chosen only by those candidates who are candidates for examination as an examination area which is subject to this subject-matter in two or more in three school levels of the upper level or who have successfully passed an external examination at the school level preceding the last school level. In any case, they must have attended classes up to the school's degree. "

15. In § 18, the following paragraph (6a) is inserted:

" (6a) Examination areas corresponding to a compulsory school-autonomous subject matter or (autonomous) elective subject-matter referred to in paragraphs 1, Z 1, 2, 3 and 4 may only be chosen by those candidates who are subject to the relevant subject matter or subject matter. Elective subject matter or Free-standing in all school levels provided for in the curriculum of the upper level, or have successfully passed an external examination on the school levels preceding the last level of the school curriculum. In any case, the examination candidates must have attended the teaching until the course has been completed; this also applies to teaching subjects of the in-depth, interdisciplinary and supplementary question pursuant to § 20 (1) Z 1 to 3. "

16. § 20 sec. 1 Z 2 is replaced by the following Z 2 and 3:

" 2.

with the (autonomous) elective subject of computer science, if the elective subject matter of computer science is provided for in the upper level of the total amount of at least four hours per week, or

c)

with the first or second living foreign language. "

17. § 20 para. 2 reads:

" (2) For the oral examination, the examination candidate

1.

in the case of the interdisciplinary task set out in Section 1 (1) (1), on the basis of the objectives of section 19 (2), in the case of problem determination and problem-seeking insight and understanding in the interdisciplinary sub-areas and their essential aspects to show relationships,

2.

in the case of the in-depth question pursuant to Section 1 (2) (2), to show insight and understanding in in-depth areas of expertise, as well as to demonstrate the focus-based collection of facts and problems, their causes and contexts, and

3.

in the case of the additional priority examination referred to in paragraph 1 Z 3, a task from the examination area in connection with the compulsory school-autonomous obligation or Subject-matter (para. 1 Z 3 lit. (a) A task with methods of computer science (para. 1 Z 3 lit. (b) A task in the foreign language (par. 1 Z 3 lit. c) to edit.

This has to be done in factually and linguistically correct terms. "

18. § 21 (1) reads:

"(1) The oral examination relating to the specialist area work comprises, by way of derogation from § 19 (3), a core question as well as the presentation and discussion of the specialist area work, including its professional environment, in an examination interview."

19. In § 35 (3), the turn-of-the- "cross-disciplinary or deepening nature" through the turn "cross-disciplinary, deepening or complementary nature" replaced.

20. In § 41, paragraph 5, last sentence, the twist " "Not passed" "by the turn" "did not pass" " replaced.

21. In § 42 (3), the turn-of-the- " the cross-disciplinary and/or the in-depth question " through the turn " the cross-disciplinary, the in-depth or the supplementary question " replaced.

22. § 43 (6) reads:

23. § 47 (4) reads:

Section 49 (5) reads as follows:

"(5) The proposal for the written examination in musicology has to include a task with four different themes."

25. § 50 (4) reads:

"(4) The proposal for the examination in sports studies has to include a task with three different kinds of tasks."

26. The following paragraph 5 is added to § 55:

' (5) The following provisions of this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 270/2004 shall enter into force as follows:

§ 5 (1) Z 1, 2, 3a, 7, 7a and 7b, § 8 (1) (1) (1) (lit). b and Z 2 lit. b and d, § 18 para. 1 Z 1, 2, 3 and 4, § 18 para. 1a, 1b, 6 and 6a, § 20 para. 1 Z 2 and 3, § 20 para. 2, § 35 para. 3, § 41 para. 5, § 42 para. 3, § 43 para. 6, § 47 para. 4, § 49 para. 5 and § 50 para. 4 occur at the end of the day of release to the query in the Internet in force,

Section 21 (1) enters into force with 1. Jänner 2005 in Kraft. "
