287. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, amending the regulation on the aptitude tests, final exams and certificates of competency in schools for the training of lead teachers and sports teachers

On the basis of § § 4 and 7 of the Federal Act on Schools for the Training of Leibeseducators and Sports Teachers, BGBl. No. 140/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 24/1998, as well as § § 7, 8, and 36a to 40 of the school teaching law, BGBl. No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 56/2003, shall be assigned:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the aptitude tests, final exams and competency examinations in schools for the training of lead teachers and sports teachers, BGBl. No 530/1992, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 83/2000, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 18:

" (6) § 2 para. 3b as well as the Appendixes A.1, A.3, A.4, A.6, A.7, A.8, B.2, B.5, C.2.1, C.2.2, C.2.3, C.3, C.6, C.7, C.8.1, C.8.2, C.13, C.15 and C.22 to C.26 of this Regulation as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 287/2004 shall enter into force on 1 September 2004 and shall be subject to the examination of the suitability and final examination in the BGBl Regulation. II No 286/2004. '.

Training requirements and the training objective in the field of practical training can be achieved.

Further parts of the practical test: 15 minutes of thumb robes in two different swimming types, packet jump of 3 m height.

A high level of knowledge in all areas of mountaineering is to be documented by a tour report.
