313. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, which changes the curricula for vocational schools; announcing the curricula for religious education

Article 1

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, with which the curricula for vocational schools are changed

On the basis of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 77/2001, in particular Articles 6 and 47 thereof, shall be prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and the Arts on the curricula for vocational schools, BGBl. No 430/1976, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 461/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. The title shall be § 1 "Teaching Profession" .

2. In § 1 Z 4, the word "Plant electrician" by the word "Plant electrics" replaced.

3. § 1 Z 6 reads:

7. § 2 shall be the heading "Framework curriculum" .

9. § 3 (3) shall be deleted.

10. In § 3 (9), the turn-of-the- " according to § 8 lit. f sublit. aa and cc of the school organization law " through the turn " according to § 8 lit. g sublit. aa and cc of the school organization law " replaced.

11. § 3a together with the headline is:

" Extended teaching and partial qualification according to § 8b BAG

§ 3a. (1) The State School Councils are authorized to apply additional curriculum regulations for vocational school students in the context of integrative vocational training according to § 8b (1) and (2) of the Vocational Training Act (BAG), BGBl. No 142/1969 in the version BGBl. I No 79/2003.

(2) For persons who are trained as part of an integrative vocational training according to § 8b (1) and (2) of the BAG, the curriculum of the chosen teaching profession shall in principle be applied, for persons according to § 8b para. 2 BAG, if necessary with the addition of Curricula of other teaching professions.

(3) In the context of the additional curriculum regulations, the State School Councils have the education and teaching duties and teaching materials as well as the amount of hours in the individual subject-matter under consideration for the integrative measures according to § 8b paragraph 8 BAG Vocational training and the personal skills and needs of the vocational school students, either individually or as a general rule, as a general rule.

(4) A total or partial exemption from the attendance of the vocational school shall be effected in accordance with § 23 (2) of the "Schulpflichtgesetz 1985" Act. "

12. The title shall be § 4 "In-Force-Trees and Out-of-Force Trees" .

13. The following paragraph 16 is added to § 4:

" (16) The following provisions and annexes to this Regulation, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 313/2004 shall enter into force as follows: except for power:

1.		§ 1 Z 4, 6, 9, 10 and 15, as well as annexes A/4/8, A/9/3, A/15/7, A/15/13 and A/15/14 of this Regulation as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 313/2004 shall be adopted as regards the 1. Class with 1. September 2004, 2nd class with 1. September 2005, the 3. Class with 1. September 2006 and the 4. Class entered into force on 1 September 2007;
2.		Installations A/9/10 and A/10/1 shall enter into force in respect of 1. Class with expiry of 31 August 2004, 2nd class with expiry of 31 August 2005, 3. Class with expiry of the 31 August 2006 and the 4. Class with the expiry of 31 August 2007, except for the force;
3.		Section 3 (3) shall expire at the end of 31 August 2005;
4.		the heading of § 1, the title of § 2, the title of § 3, § 3 (9), § 3a including the title, the title of § 4, the headlines of the annexes A/6/9, A/9/2, A/9/4, A/9/9 and A/9/12, the substantive changes in the annexes A/9/8 and A/15/16 and the amendments relating to the holding of school work in annexes A/7/2, A/7/3, A/7/4, A/8/7, A/11/1, A/11/2, A/11/3, A/11/4, A/15/6, A/15/8, A/15/10, A/16/1, A/17/7, A/18/2, A/19/2, A/19/3, A/20/1, A/20/2, A/21/2 and A/22/2 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the event.
The regulations of the State School Councils may be adopted at the end of the day of the event, but they may not be put into effect before the entry into force of the plant concerned. "

14. The heading of Annex A/6/9 reads as follows:

15. Appendixes A/9/10 and A/10/1 shall be deleted.

16. In annexes A/7/2, A/7/3, A/7/4, technology in the teaching material of Applied Mathematics is used in the subject matter of the compulsory subject matter "School work in" Applied mathematics ": two in every school level." through the turn " School work: two or more one at each school level, provided that the level at the school level in question is at least 40 or more 20 hours of teaching. 17. 32. The one part of this Regulation shall be: Annexes A/4/8, A/9/3, A/15/7, A/15/13 and A/15/14 shall be replaced by the corresponding installations.

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993, shall be made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion given in the annexes to this Regulation have been issued by the churches and religious communities concerned and will be issued in accordance with § 2 (2) of the Law of the Religious Education Act, BGBl. No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 256/1993.
