54. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, with which the Act implementing the Act on Driving Licensees is amended (12). Novelle to the FSG-DV)

On the basis of § 3 (3), § 4b (4), § 13 (8) and § 23 (3) of the German Driving Licing Act, BGBl. I n ° 120/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 52/2014, is being prescribed in agreement with the Federal Minister for Health:

The Implementing Regulation, BGBl. II No 320/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. II No 290/2013 shall be amended as follows:

1. § 2 para. 1 Z 3 first sentence reads:

'on page 1, the inscription' Model of the European Union 'and the inscription' Driving licence 'in all the languages of the European Union in pink printing.'

2. In § 6 para. 6 Z 13 the word "or" replaced by a dash, in Z 14, the point at the end is replaced by the word "or" replaced and the following Z 15 shall be added:

" 15.		a certificate of completion of the "First Aid Training" in accordance with the "First Aid Training Guidelines" of the Austrian Water Rescue Service ".

3. In § 9 para. 1 Z 2 shall be made after the word "Canada," the word "Macedonia," inserted.

4. In § 13a (3a), first sentence, the word order shall be deleted. "in the duration of a total of two teaching units".

Section 13a (3a) of the third sentence shall be replaced by the following:

" The duration of the perfection journey has to be a total of two teaching units, with one teaching unit each being dispensed with on the journey and on the conversation. According to the choice of the participants, the perfection trip can also be carried out in groups of up to four participants. In this case, the extent of the perfection journey has to include four teaching units, with three teaching units being dispensed with on the journey and one teaching unit being dispensed with. Regardless of the chosen variant, the call is to be divided between the trip as far as possible. "

6. In Section 13b (5), the following sentence is added:

"The content and scope of the driving safety penalty shall be affixed by the point of passage from the outside to be read next to or near the entrance door."

7. In Article 13b (6), the following sentences shall be inserted after the second sentence:

" The Commission's decision on the authorizations referred to in the first sentence may only take place for a period of ten years. After that, a new Commission decision is required. "

8. In Section 13c (3), the word order shall be " according to § 1 of the Psychologists Act, BGBl. No. 360/1990 ' replaced by the phrase " according to § 4 of the Psychologengesetz 2013, BGBl. I n ° 182/2013 in the version BGBl. I No 32/2014 " .

9. § 15 para. 3 second sentence reads:

"For the implementation of the second part of the traffic coachings, psychologists are to be used in accordance with § 4 of the Psychological Law 2013."

10. In § 16, the following paragraph 11 is added:

" (11) § 2 (1), § 6 (6), § 9 (1), § 13b (5) and (6), § 13c (3) and § 15 (3), respectively, as amended by the BGBl version. II No. 54/2015 shall enter into force at the end of the day of the customer's agreement. Section 13a (3a) of the BGBl version. II No. 54/2015 shall enter into force on 16 March 2015 and shall apply to all perfection journeys carried out from that date. Rights pursuant to Section 13b (6) on the prior to the entry into force of Section 13b (6) in the version of the Ordination BGBl II. No 54/2015 has been decided, after the entry into force for another 10 years. "
