264. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which changes the list of teachers ' lists

On the basis of § 7 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, with which the teaching profession list is enacted, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 176/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Appendix 1, after the teaching profession Concrete-Terrazzomanufacture of the teaching profession is inserted in service service, including teaching time and family regulations:

2. In the teaching professions archive, library and information assistant, bank clerk, bookkeeping, book and media economy-book and music trade, book and media economy-book and press wholesale, book and media economy- Verlagskaufmann, Drogist, EDV-Kaufmann, Fotokaufmann, Gartencenterkaufmann, Immobilienkaufmann, Industriekaufmann, IT-Kaufmann, Mobility service, Pharmaceutical business assistant, law firm assistant, travel agency assistant, forwarding clerk, Speditionslogistik, Versicherungskaufmann, Administrative Assistant as well as weapons and ammunition dealers will be assigned a respective calculation of the teaching period to the full extent of the first year of teaching occupation service service.

3. In the case of the apprentice, office clerk, buyer, wholesale clerk, warehouse logistics and personnel service, a respective calculation to the full extent of the first two years of teaching shall be determined on the teaching time in the teaching occupation service service.

4. In the teaching profession Hotel and Hospitality assistant, an invoice to the full extent of all three years of teaching is determined on the teaching time in the teaching profession operating service.

5. After the teaching profession, the teaching profession is inserted with the teaching time and the family regulation:

6. In the provisions relating to the teaching profession Steinmetz, an apportion to the full extent of the first year of teaching shall be determined on the teaching period in the teaching profession of sculpture.

7. The provisions relating to the teaching profession of wood and stone sculptor are to be dispensed with at the end of 30 June 2005. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

8. In Appendix 1, after the teaching profession, printing technology screen printing of the teaching profession is inserted, including the teaching time and the family regulations:

9. In the case of the teaching profession cartographer, reprography as well as gravure printing formers, a respective calculation to the full extent of the first year of the apprenticeship will be determined on the teaching time in the teaching profession of prepress technology.

10. In the case of media specialist media design and media specialist media technology, the full extent of the first and second year of teaching shall be determined on the basis of the teaching period in the teaching profession of prepress technology.

11. The provisions relating to the teaching profession of prepress technicians are not applicable with the end of 30 June 2005. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

12. In Appendix 1, according to the teaching profession, light aircraft manufacturer of the Apprenticeship Occupation of Aircraft Technology, including teaching time and family regulations, is inserted:

In the regulations relating to the teaching professions of construction machinery, motor vehicle technology, constructors-mechanical engineering, constructors-tool-building technology, agricultural machinery technicians, light aircraft manufacturers, mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing technology, Metal technology-sheet metal technology, metal technology-automotive engineering, metal technology-metal engineering, metal technology-metalworking technology, metal technology-forging technology, metal technology-steel construction technology, mechatronics, production technicians as well as Tool-building technology will each be taken into account in full The extent of the first year of teaching is determined by the teaching time in the teaching profession of aircraft technology.

14. The provisions relating to the training occupation of aircraft mechanics shall be dispensed with at the end of 30 June 2005. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

15. In Appendix 1, after the teaching profession Messerschmied of the Apprenticeship Occupation metalworking together with teaching time and family regulations is inserted:

16. In the case of the provisions relating to the teaching professions of electrical equipment technology, production technicians and machining technology, a respective calculation of the full extent of the first year of teaching shall be determined on the teaching period in the teaching profession metal processing.

17. In the regulations relating to the teaching professions of mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, metal technology-sheet metal technology, metal technology-automotive engineering, metal technology-metal engineering, metal technology-metalworking technology, metal technology- Forging technology, metal technology-steel construction technology, tool construction technology as well as tool mechanics are each determined to the full extent of the first, second and third years of teaching on the teaching time in the teaching profession metalworking.

18. The name of the teaching profession "Brass instrument generator" shall be referred to as "Brass instrument generation" changed.

19. The name of the teaching profession "Drechsler" shall be referred to as "Drechsler/Drechslerin" changed.

20. In the case of the teaching profession Bootbauer and Zimmerei, an apportion of the teaching time to the full extent of the first teaching year is established.

21. The mutual relationship and the calculation of the teaching time fixed for the teaching profession machine mechanics and packaging technology are no longer necessary.

22. In the case of the teaching profession production technology and packaging technology, an invoice of the apprenticeship time is determined on the other hand to the full extent of the first year of teaching.

23. The Annex 2 shall be supplemented, in accordance with the alphabetical order, as follows:

The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 6, 8 to 10, 12, 13, 15 to 19 and 23 shall enter into force on 1 July 2005.
