54. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, which changes the Foreigners Employment Regulation

On the basis of § 1 (4) of the Foreigners Employment Act-AuslBG, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 157/2005, shall be:

The Foreigners Employment Ordinance-AuslBVO, BGBl. N ° 609/1990, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 469/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 Z 6 is deleted.

2. § 1 Z 10 reads:

" 10.

Foreigners between the ages of 18 and 28 for a period of employment lasting a maximum of 12 months as an au pair force, which the host family is shown two weeks before the beginning of the relevant regional office of the Labour Market Service and for which the Labor Market Service issued a display confirmation. The confirmation shall be issued within two weeks with a period of validity of six months and may be extended for another six months if the au pair force has not been imparted, and in the last five years as a whole no longer for one year as an au pair force in Austria, it is still guaranteed that the extent and the economic content of the activity corresponds to that of an au pair and, in particular, the acquisition of knowledge of the German language is proven. "
