32nd President of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on Road Signs

On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, Tunisia has made the following statement:

Tunisia declares that it is not bound by Article 44 of the Convention and confirms that any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention shall be subject to the prior consent of all the parties involved in the Convention. Arbitration of the International Court of Justice may be submitted.
