The 4. Regulation of the Broadcasting and Telekom Regulatory GmbH, which defines the level of detail and the form of the provision of the proof of payment (individual proof-of-payment regulation-EEN-V), made known by the obligation to inspect the Broadcasting and Telekom Regulatory-GmbH, is amended as follows:

1. In § 6 (1), second sentence, the word order shall be "Call numbers in the public interest" through the phrase "Public Short Call Numbers" replaced.

2. In accordance with § 8, the following section 3a is inserted:

" 3a. Section

Special provisions for prepaid participants

§ 8a. (1) An individual proof of payment is to be made available to those authenticated prepaid participants who have not contradicted the presentation of the subscriber fees in the form of a single payment certificate. The form of the individual proof of charges is based on § 3 (1) and (2).

(2) The participant fees of an authenticated prepaid subscriber in an individual proof of payment in electronic form shall be presented at least monthly. This period may be extended to a maximum of six months by the operator of a publicly available communications service in the case of a single proof of paper in paper form. The individual proof-of-pay is to be divided up for months both in electronic form and in paper form. The operators of publicly available communications services shall ensure that, when providing the individual proof of pay, both in electronic form and in paper form, the time limits for the challenge of deductions from the credit balance shall be: shall be preserved.

(3) In a given period of presentation, the prepaid participant does not achieve a turnover, and the corresponding information that no connections have been debited from the credit can also be made available to the user exclusively in electronic form.

(4) The individual proof of payment shall be made available for past periods up to the end of that period within which the settlement of a connection in the form of a debit can be legally challenged by a credit. "

3. The previous § 9 is given the title paragraph 1. Section 9 (1) is added to the following paragraph 2:

" (2) The 3a. Section in the version BGBl. II No 85/2006 will enter into force on 1 July 2006. "
