151. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour on Vocational Training in the Teaching Profession Sun Protection Technology (Sonnenschutztechnik-trainordnung)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 5/2006, shall be arranged:

Teaching profession sunscreen technology

§ 1. (1) The teaching profession sunscreen technology is set up with a teaching period of three years.

(2) In the teaching contracts, teaching certificates, teaching certificates and teaching letters, the teaching profession is to be described in the form corresponding to the sex of the apprentist (sun protection technician or sun protection technician).

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the trained apprentice is to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

§ 3 . (1) The following occupational profile shall be established for training in the teaching profession of sunscreen technology. The skills and knowledge referred to shall be conveyed, at the latest in the teaching year referred to in each case, in such a way as to enable the apprentice to pursue qualified activities in the sense of the professional profile, which shall, in particular: Independent planning, carrying out, controlling and optimising.

§ 4. (1) The final examination shall be divided into a practical and theoretical examination.

(2) The practical test shall include the items of test work and expert discussion.

(3) The theoretical examination comprises the objects sunscreen technology, applied mathematics and specialist drawing.

(4) The theoretical examination shall not apply if the candidate for examination has reached the teaching objective of the last grade of the professional vocational school or the successful completion of a vocational middle or higher school which replaces the teaching period has proven.

§ 5. (1) The examination shall include the following working samples, as indicated by the examination board:

1.

A test work for the protection of the sun, with the following skills being proven:

a)

Assembling and commissioning of a sun protection product.

2.

An electrotechnical test work, whereby the following skills are to be proven:

a)

Installation, commissioning and testing of an electric drive,

b)

Electrical connection of drives and control systems

c)

Commissioning and checking of control systems.

(2) The Examination Committee shall, with respect to the purpose of the examination of the teaching of teaching and the requirements of the professional practice and the field of activity of the teaching establishment, have to carry out a test work to be carried out in the course of seven hours. can be carried out. In this connection, the test work carried out in accordance with paragraph 1 (1) Z 1 shall be based on a period of four hours and the electrical test work according to paragraph 1 Z 2 shall be based on a period of three hours.

(3) The examination shall be terminated after eight hours.

(4) The following criteria shall apply to the evaluation of the test work:

1.

professional working methods,

2.

correct measurement of the dimensions, taking into account the installation situation and assembly capability,

3.

Correct and accurate assembly in accordance with specified guidelines,

4.

correct assembly and operability,

5.

proper manufacture of electrical connections and control systems,

6.

Using the right tools and measuring instruments in a professional way.

Expert discussion

§ 6. (1) The expert interview shall be submitted before the entire examination board.

(2) The expert discussion has to be developed from the practical activity. In this case, the practical knowledge of the test specimen can be determined using technical expressions. In the expert discussion, the examinee shall show that he is presenting subject-related problems and their solutions, showing the technical background relevant for an order and justifying the course of action in the execution of this contract.

(3) The purpose of the topic is to correspond to the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of professional practice. In this case, demonstration objects, product samples, tools, components, assembly instructions and operating instructions or connection plans are to be used. Questions on relevant safety regulations, protection measures and accident prevention, as well as relevant environmental protection measures and disposal measures, should be included. The examination is to be carried out in the form of a conversation that is as lively as possible, with a call for discussion by means of the description of situations or problems.

(4) The expert discussion shall take 15 minutes for each test specimen. An extension of not more than ten minutes shall be carried out on a case-by-case basis if the examination board is not otherwise able to assess the performance of the test specimen without a doubt.

Theoretical examination

General provisions

§ 7. (1) The theoretical examination shall be carried out in writing. It can be carried out jointly for a larger number of examinees, if this is possible without impairment of the test sequence. The theoretical examination can also be carried out in a computerised form, although all the essential steps for the examination board must be comprehensible.

(2) The theoretical test shall in principle be held prior to the practical examination.

(3) The tasks shall be in accordance with the scope and level of the purpose of the final examination and the requirements of the professional practice. They are to be explained separately to the examinees on the occasion of the task.

(4) The written work of the test specimen shall be marked accordingly.

Sunscreen technology

§ 8. (1) The examination shall include the substantive answer to one question in each of the following areas:

1.

Types and applications as well as maintenance of sun protection systems,

2.

Materials science, processing techniques and manufacturing techniques,

3.

Production techniques and commissioning of sun protection systems, taking into account control technology and control technology,

4.

electrical drives and electronic control systems for sun protection systems,

5.

Building physics and subject-related heat pipes, aerodynamics, lighting technology and sound technology.

(2) The test can also be carried out in programmed form with questionnaires. In this case, four questions are to be asked in each area.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Applied mathematics

§ 9. (1) The examination shall include a task in each of the following areas:

1.

Calculation of length and area calculation,

2.

Volume calculation and mass calculation,

3.

basic bills of subject-related building physics and heat pipes,

4.

basic invoices from electrical engineering.

(2) The use of calculation orders, formulas and tables is permitted.

(3) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 60 minutes.

(4) The test shall be terminated after 80 minutes.

Specialize

§ 10. (1) The examination shall include the following tasks:

1.

Manufacture of relevant sketches (facade cut, window cut, installation situation),

2.

Make a simple work drawing,

3.

Recording of a simple circuit diagram and current flow chart (hand sketch).

(2) The tasks shall be carried out in such a way that they can normally be carried out in 90 minutes.

(3) The test shall be terminated after 105 minutes.

Repeat Review

§ 11. (1) The final examination of the Lehrabate can be repeated.

(2) If up to three items have been rated "Not enough", the repeat examination shall be limited to the items rated "Not enough".

(3) If more than three items have been rated "Not enough", the entire test shall be repeated.

Restricted Additional Check

§ 12. After successfully completed examination of the teaching profession in the apprentice and decorator, an additional examination in the teaching profession of sunscreen technology, which is limited in comparison to § 27 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, can be filed. This extends to the subject-matter of test work in the scope of § 5 (1) Z 2 (electrical test work) and the subject matter discussion. § § 5 and 6 shall apply mutatily for this additional examination.

Transitional provisions

§ 13. Persons who have filed a teaching qualification examination in the teaching profession of sunscreen technician are entitled, pursuant to Section 24 (5) of the Vocational Training Act, directly to the management of the designation "Sonnenschutztechnik" pursuant to this Regulation.

In-force pedals and final provisions

§ 14. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2006.

(2) The Sun Protection Technician Training Order, BGBl. II No 160/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 177/2005, without prejudice to paragraph 3, with the expiry of 31 March 2006.

(3) apprentices who are trained in the teaching profession of sunscreen technicians on 31 March 2006 may continue to be trained up to the end of the agreed teaching period in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 and may be able to continue until one year after the end of the training period. agreed on the teaching period for the examination of the LehrabFinal on the basis of the examination regulations contained in the training regulations as set out in paragraph 2.

(4) The teaching periods completed in the teaching profession of sunscreen technician in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 2 shall be fully attributed to the teaching period in the teaching profession of sunscreen technology in accordance with this Regulation.
