On the basis of § 71 (4) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. No. 194 (WV), as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 15/2006, in conjunction with Section 67 (1) of the PSA-Safety Regulation-PSASV, BGBl. No 596/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. No 740/1996 and the BGBl agreement. II No 135/2006, shall be made known:

The recast of Annex 5 of the PPE-Safety Regulation concerning the list of harmonised European standards for the safety of personal protective equipment and the corresponding Austrian standards shall be adopted in the Annex , as of 19 April 2006. |

This agreement corresponds to the Community legal obligation arising from Article 5 (4) of Directive 86 /686/EEC on personal protective equipment and on the Commission communication OJ L 327, 28.5.1986, p. No. OJ C 91 of 19.04.2006 p. 3. |
