207. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, amending the Regulation on the transfer of responsibilities to the Austrian Aero Club
On the basis of § 140b of the Aviation Act (LFG), BGBl. No. 253/1957, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No 27/2006, shall be ordered:
The Regulation on the transfer of responsibilities to the Austrian Aeroclub, BGBl. No 394/1994, as last amended by BGBl. II No 12/2006, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 (1) reads:

Approval of maintenance, development, production and maintenance aid for parachutes, hangings and paragliders as well as motorized slopes and paragliders (§ § 51 to 53 of the ZLLV 2005), |

| will be transferred to the Austrian Aero Club. There is a duty to carry out these tasks. " |

2. In Section 1 (2), the number shall be: "12" by the number "13" replaced.
3. In § 1 para. 4, the citation shall be "Z 10, 11, 13 to 16" through the citation "Z 12, 14 and 15" replaced.
4. In § 2 para. 1, the citation shall be "Civil Aviation Staff Regulation" through the citation "Civil Aviation Personnel Regulation 2006" replaced.
5. In § 2 para. 3, the number shall be: "9" by the number "11" replaced.
6. In § 9, the following paragraph 7 is added:
" (7) § 1 and § 2 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 207/2006 will enter into force on 1 June 2006. "
