112. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy, which changes the list of teachers ' lists

On the basis of § § 7, 8, 24 and 27 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 129/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Science, Research and Economy, which enacted the list of teaching profession, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 138/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Appendix 1, the previous provisions concerning the teaching profession of retail trade and the regulations concerning related teaching professions shall expire on 31 May 2015 with effect from the end of the period of 31 May 2015. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

2. In Appendix 1, the following provisions concerning the teaching profession shall be laid down in accordance with the alphabetical order of "Retail" together with teaching time and family regulations:

4. In Annex 1, the provisions relating to the teaching profession EDV-Kaufmann/-frau and weapons and ammunition dealers shall each take into account the teaching period of the teaching profession in the course of the teaching profession, all of which are completed in these courses. Priorities to the full extent of the 1. and 2nd year of teaching.

5. In Appendix 1, the provisions relating to the professions of book and media economics-book and music trade, book and media industry-book and press wholesale, book and media publishing house, drugist/in and photo-and Multimedia aufmann/-woman each time an apprentiation of the teaching time completed in these teaching occupations on the apprenticeship time of the teaching profession retail-all focal points to the full extent of the 1st, 2. and 3. Teaching year.

6. The Annex 2 shall be supplemented as follows:

In Annex 1, the provisions relating to the teaching profession, as well as the assistant and catering assistant, shall be taken into account for the teaching period of the teaching profession in the course of the apprenticeship of the apprentia businessman/woman in the course of the apprenticeship. the full extent of the 1., 2. and 3. Teaching year.

27. In Appendix 1, the provisions relating to the teaching professions of Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Systems Engineering as well as the regulations concerning related teaching professions shall expire on 31 May 2015. This does not intervene in existing teaching conditions.

49.
