231. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, with which the education documentation regulation universities will be amended

Because of

1. § § 4 and 9 of the Education Documentation Act, BGBl. No 12/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 33/2006;

2. § 16 (6) of the University Act 2002, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 120/2002, as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 77/2005;

3. of § 3 of the Federal Law on the University of Continuing Education Krems (DUK-Law 2004), BGBl. I n ° 22/2004 in conjunction with Section 16 (6) of the University Act 2002, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 120, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 77/2005;

4. § 4 (4) and § 8 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 163/1999, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2003,

shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The regulation on the implementation of the Education Documentation Act at the universities and the Danube University Krems, BGBl. II No 30/2004, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the title, the phrase "Donau-Universität Krems" through the phrase "Universität für Weiterbildung Krems" replaced.

2. § 1 (1) reads:

" (1) This Regulation applies to all universities according to § 6 of the University Act 2002 and to the University for Continuing Education Krems according to the Federal Act on the University of Continuing Education Krems. Both the universities according to § 6 of the University Act 2002 and the University for Continuing Education Krems are referred to below as "universities". "

3. In Section 1 (2), the word order shall be deleted "or the Danube University Krems" .

4. In Section 1 (3), the word order shall be deleted "and the Danube University Krems" .

5. § 2 reads:

" § 2. Each university has data on its staff on 30 June and 31 December of each year within two weeks of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture, according to the following: Appendix 1 for the evidence in accordance with § 4 of the Education Documentation Act. "

6. In § 3, the phrase "and the Danube University Krems have" by the word "has" and the expression "Appendix 3" by the expression "Appendix 2" replaced; the date "15 November" is due to the date "31 December" replaced.

7. In Section 4 (1), the phrase "and at the Danube University Krems (Annexes 1 and 2)" by the expression "(Annex 1)" replaced.

8. § 4 (2) reads:

" (2) For the purposes of determining the staff costs and the revenue and expenditure referred to in
§ 9 (1) (3) of the Education Documentation Act (Bildungsdocumentationsgesetz), each university has to submit the closure of the accounts by way of the Federal Minister for Education, Science and Culture of the Federal Statistical Office "Statistics Austria". "

9. § 5 together with headline reads:

" Data for the university reporting system

§ 5. To the extent that the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Culture, on the basis of § § 2 and 3, and, if necessary, raw data provided by the universities on the intended electronic platform , the universities have provided them with the statistical evaluations within the framework of their reports to be submitted to the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Culture, in particular the balance of knowledge and the performance report, to basically lay down. "

10. The first sentence of Appendix 1 is:

"In the case of simultaneous existence of several service or employment relationships or uses of a person, a separate record per employment relationship and use shall be transmitted."

11. In Appendix 1 Z 2.2 the word sequence shall be deleted "to the next following deadline" .

12. Appendix 1 Z 2.5 reads:

2. Field content

Fields 1 and 3 to 13 must not be submitted blank.

2.1 An object is to be understood as a building or the areas used in a building by the university. If the university has a building over different sub-areas (top numbers), these are, even if they are not connected in terms of area, to be grouped together into one object. In the case of building complexes with several separate buildings, each building is to be listed as an object. If there are several addresses for an object, the majority of the addresses used at the university are to be found.
