97. Federal Act amending the Child Care Money Act

The National Council has decided:

The Child Care Money Act (KBGG), BGBl. I n ° 103/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law, BGBl. I No 100/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In accordance with Section 3a (1), the following new paragraph 2 shall be inserted:

" (2) In the case of a new entitlement to child care allowance for another child, the surcharge in accordance with section 5 (5) shall be without prejudice to the completion of the 36th. Life months of the multilingskindes. "

2. The previous paragraph 2 of § 3a is given the name "(3)" .

3. The following paragraph 4 is added to § 33:

"(4) The service charge for the e-card (§ 31c (2) and (3) of the ASVG) which is to be paid by the benefit recipients shall be offset with the benefits under this Federal Act."

4. § 49 is added to the following paragraph 10:

" (10) § 3a (2) and (3) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 97/2006 is 1. January 2007 in force and to be applied to births after 31 December 2006. Section 33 (4) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 97/2006 will enter into force on 1 July 2006. '
